In all three countries, you have the possibility to choose from a variety of cuisines. Typical traditional meals include: Corn tortillas, grilled meat and fish dishes. All sorts of tropical fruits are very affordable. Portable water is available everywhere. |

Thin, or preferably long cotton clothing, bathing suits, rain jackets. |

Generally, we will be travelling with busses; in Mexiko, we will occasionally be taking first class busses and cabs. |

Mostly in Family Hotels and Jungle - Lodges with common WC, and sometimes in Cabins or Hotel Rooms with private WC.
